Dr. Szczepanski has experience in establishing baseline assessment for fish populations to managing coastal wetland resilience projects and developing ecosystem-wide monitoring plans. He currently manages a fishery monitoring survey to support dam removal in northern NJ and other fishery assessments throughout the area. Jack earned his PhD from URI by studying fish feeding ecology across marine ecosystems. He also has academic backgrounds in biomechanics, wetland and estuarine ecology, and natural resource applications of conservation biology.
